Staff was very polite and eager to help. We were always offered buggy rides if we were passed by. WIFI was better than the one we had in our Bangkok hotel, good enough for working online. Good enough to play online games even. Hotel breakfast buffet was good, may not be a huge variety but it's adequate and the menu changes a bit every day. Hotel restaurant has a good selection of food on the menu too, though a little pricier. It has 2 nice pools with lots of sunbathing areas, and a small (but adequate) gym with dumb bell weights, cable machine and a few cardio machines. Nice, natural environment that gives me a peaceful serene feeling, I wake up to the sounds of different bird calls.

Accommodation = Excellent. Very comfy bed, large and clean bathroom area, room smell also made me very relax Dining = Good. Kam Phu restaurant is a perfect place for breakfast with a sea view. Bann Dum restaurant seafood was also very delicious and not too expensive. Services = Staffs and services are excellent. Facilities = Great. I didn't use the main pool but it looks great. But the private pool in the villa is better than I expected. Gym also available 24/7 which is great. Access = Good location. Whether you want to visit nearby place like Venezia Hua Hin or seafood restaurant in Cha-Am or Hua Hin town, the hotel location is between them.

The staff and management were beyond exceptional and are the biggest asset of this resort. They know you by name and ensure your every need is met. I had to go to the hospital for a food poisoning incident that occured outside of the resort. The resort arranged for me to be taken to the hospital twice and collected me. They also rang the hospital to check if I was ok. The resort itself is lovely and in a beautiful setting. The staff are, however, the outstanding feature. Sao in the restaurant was exceptional and really looked after me and my partner and deserves the highest recognition. We spent several nights at two of the top rated resorts in the area, and this one outshined the other by far! We met other guests who came year after year, which spoke volumes!

Very good breakfast, many kinds of the choice of the food. From western startle to Thai, also the view from restaurant is nice. All staffs are very kind, the SPA is also a very good experience there.
